Verification is not automatic. The support team may request additional proof, identity confirmation, or business details during review.
Requirements
Please make sure your account is properly set up before submitting your request.
- A complete vendor profile with your real name, contact details, and country.
- A clear store/business identity, brand name, or public business presence.
- At least one legitimate product or active vendor setup ready for review.
- Valid proof of identity or business ownership if requested during review.
- Compliance with Grodital marketplace policies and no misleading information.
